Hello Everyone

Postby Kurtbrown on Mon Dec 12, 2011 3:34 pm

I just wanted to take the time to say hello to everyone and introduce myself.

I grew up on a farm on the outskirts of Ayr/Cambridge, and have always called this area my home. Since a young age I have loved animals/nature, and I would spend most of my days in the back bush and/or on camping adventures.

For the last number of years I have focused on building a Wedding and Commercial photography business, and currently own and operate Two Tone Studios http://www.2tonestudios.ca, a Photo Studio located in the heart of downtown Guelph. I will give you a little heads up, Come 2012 we will be offering custom printing, Studio and possibly equipment rentals (even some of my Nikon gear) to the general public.

Recently I have decided to expand my nature and wildlife portfolios, and focus on shooting more for me and my art. Doing a little google search for info on Bald Eagles in the area, I managed to stumble across this site and joined. I gotta say there are alot of awesome bird and wildlife photographers in our area, and I am honoured to be a part of this site.

If any of you are lost and find yourselves in the Guelph area during the week, Feel free to stop by the studio. Also I am always up for photo adventures, so feel free to email or message me, and lets go out and some fun shooting. :)

Cheers,
Kurt

Welcome Kurt.

" Come 2012 we will be offering custom printing, Studio and possibly equipment rentals (even some of my Nikon gear) to the general public. "

I might take you up on that. It would be a pleasure to shoot with a real camera.

Kurt, that hawk was on Forestell between Downey and the Hanlon on December 10. It was seen by two other birders at Downey. Fred
