Spent the morning at Colonel Sam's, again hoping that the Grebes would be present.... they were, just not too close to shore. I did spot a few Red-necked, Horned and Pie-billed Grebes, a few of the locals where on the prowl for a rumoured Western Grebe,... unsuccessfully.

As much as I don't like Cormorants, that's a really nice shot. Beauty set.

Thanks Mike. No blind, just me lying on the rocks next to the water with my camera bag as the lens support.
