Many ducks flying by the Marina today....but very few stopping in. Large number of ducks from yesterday appear to have moved on. Around 345pm there was a significant migration of ducks passing overhead. Several large groups of white-winged scoters, several large flocks of Canvasbacks. Also smaller groups of Ring-necked Ducks, Northern Pintails and Scaup sp. The one group of ducks that did land and take shelter was a group of approximately 12 ruddy ducks. Some decent views could be had by patient observers. Still a number of Horned Grebes about, some are in almost full breeding plumage.
