Do you know if it is an adult or juvenile and if it is banded? If juvenile it could be one of this year's young, either from Kitchener or the Toronto area. The juveniles are now heading south for the winter. It would be great to get the band number if possible. The Canadian Peregrine Foundation has a record of all birds banded in Southern Ontario in the last 15 years or so.

I only noticed it while driving, so did not get a good look(no binoculars with me) and that it was same spot as last year. It was easier last year as the building wasn't complete, now it may be difficult to scope with people living in the condo. I will try to take a photo if possible.
